WHAT WE GROW

Garlic was our first crop and although it wasn’t an obvious choice at first, after a lot of research and a couple of years of crop testing, we decided it would suit our property and climate best. Our farm has been evolving and expanding ever since and we now grow a mixed range of produce.

WE FARM USING ORGANIC AND REGENERATIVE PRINCIPLES TO GROW THE HIGHEST QUALITY,
NUTRIENT DENSE PRODUCE WHILE LOOKING AFTER AND IMPROVING OUR SOIL.

Our entire crop is planted, tended and harvested by hand. It’s a big job and one we absolutely love, even at the height of winter!

 
 

Organic Garlic

Fresh, organic and 100% Australian grown garlic from our property in Flinders on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.Our fresh, soft-necked turban garlic is a kitchen staple. It’s organic, has a shelf life of 6-9 months from harvest and can be used in a wide array of dishes. Spicy when eaten raw and deliciously nutty when cooked. Fresh garlic is available from late January.

 

Organic SEEDLINGS

A seasonal box of organic vegetable, herb and flower seedlings grown in organic, 100% biodegradable wood fibre pots. These convenient boxes are designed to provide you with an abundance of seasonal produce with minimal effort and zero waste.

 
 

FLOWERS

Mixed bouquets or buckets of gorgeous, seasonal blooms available for weekly pre-order and farm pick up or local delivery. Wholesale enquiries welcome.
